1. Palungtar Municipality, invites bids from nationally eligible bidders for the Item rate Contract of the following works:

3 Tender Procedures shall follow Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Rules 2064
4 Bidders should deposit the equivalent fee for bidding document and bid security amount or submission of 'A' class Bank Bid guarantee in the following Account within the date and time specified above.
5 A new firm established by any person or manager of a firm or company that is blacklisted according to PPA will be ineligible to submit bids.
6 Any amendment in the notice or bid documents will be posted in the PPMO's e-bid portal (www.bolpatra.gov.np) and the website of Palungtar Municipality.
7 The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
