1. Malika Rural Municipality, Arkhawang, Gulmi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of worksas specified below under.
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Malika Rural Municipality Arkhawang, Gulmi by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee as specified below till the respective dates. Electronic Bidding Document is available online and can be downloaded from PPMO's website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, The Bidders have to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit electronic bids as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format).

3. Bids must be submitted to the office before respective dates. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at respective date and time at the office of Malika Rural Municipality, Arkhawang, Gulmi
5. Bids must be valid for a period of (A/C to bid documents) days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting as stated below deposited at (Staniya Taha Dharauti Khata (malikaga pa), A/CNo.: 36004010000004) on behalf of Malika Rural Municipality, Arkhawang, Gulmi or bid bond authorized from a recognized commercial bank of Nepal, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
6. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
