1. Office of Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality, Lahachowk, Kaski invites only electronic Sealed Quotation from registered contractor for following works under Sealed Quotation procedure.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain other information from PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidders may download Sealed Quotation documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp Sealed Quotation Bid should deposit the cost as maintain above of Sealed Quotation documents in the account as specified.

4. Pre-Bid meeting shall not be held.
5. Electronic Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the office through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon 31 Oct 2025 (14 Kartik 2082). Sealed Quotations received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The Sealed Quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hrs. on 31 Oct 2025 (14 Kartik 2082). at the office of Office of Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality, Lahachowk, Kaski.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the Bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of Sealed Quotation submission.
8. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotation without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
