1. Lions International District 325 D invites sealed quotations from certified/authorized suppliers for the establishment of Lions Stupa Kidney Dialysis Centre at Stupa Community Hospital, Chuchchepati, Bouddha, Kathmandu.
2. A complete set of Request for Proposal may be purchased from the office address below by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application on official letterhead, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NRS 2,500/- (in words, Two Thousand and Five Hundred Rupees) per package mentioned above till 1stth September, 2025 during office hours after deposit to the Account given below:

5. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
