Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited, a leading national-level development bank, invites sealed bids from interested and eligible firms/companies for
1. Supply and Installation of Endpoint Security for Workstation
2. Supply and Installation of Web Application Firewall
Terms and Conditions:
- The bid documents can be purchased within office hours (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) from the office of the General Service Department, Head Office, Thapathali, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000.00 (NPR Two Thousand Only) for each service on or before the 15th day of the first date of publication of this notice.
- The bid document fee should be deposited in the following account of our Bank:

- Sealed Bids must be submitted within office hours on or before 15th day of the date of publication of this notice. Documents received after this deadline will be rejected.
- Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bidder must be in operation for 5 years or above
2. Proposed solution must have been implemented and live in three (3) or more banking and financial institutions in Nepal
The bids shall be opened at 3:00 PM on the next working day of the last date of bid submission.
If the last date of purchasing, submission, and opening of the bid falls on a public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
The Bank reserves the right to accept partly or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
