1. Changunarayan Municipality, office of the Municipal Executive, Kharipati, Bhaktapur invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Bidder may apply with e-submission from PPMO's WebSite www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Changunarayan Municipality, khariipati, Bhaktapur on at 13:00 Hrs on B.S. 2082/07/16 (A.D. 2nd Nov 2025).
6. Bidders can bid as a single contractor or in the form of joint venture of maximum of three contracting firms.
7. Changunarayan Municipality Reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to Contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
8. Any additional matters not covered by this shall be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Procurement Regulation 2064 of the GON.
