The Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Bank") invites sealed tender for the Supply of Security Guards and House Keeping.
The Interested Vendors (hereinafter referred as "The Bidder" can participate in the tendering process under competitive bidding procedures as per specification provided in the Bid Document.
A complete set of bid document may be purchased by the Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee In Account name Bid Document Fee 9958370000
NRs.5,000.00 for Security Guard and NRs.3,000.00 for Housekeeping
Tender document must be accompanied by a Bid Bond (2.5% of Bid Amount inclusive of VAT) in the form of Bank Guarantee from any 'A' class Commercial Bank of Nepal or Cash Deposit in our Bank's account number 9916102000 (Security Deposits).
The last date of bid submission is on or before October 26, 2025, 5.00 PM.
The Bid shall be opened on:
Housekeeping: 11:00 AM, October 29, 2025, 5th Floor Central Office, Kamalpokhari.
Security Guard: 1:00 PM, October 29, 2025, 5th Floor Central Office, Kamalpokhari.
