1. The Suryagadhi Rural Municipality office Nuwakot invites electronic bids from the eligible bidders for the following works under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in public procurement act and regulations. The name and identification of the contract are as follows.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Suryagadhi Rural Municipality, Nuwakot or visit PPMO eGP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidder have only the option to submit their bid electronically, may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document stated in the above table in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below, and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
5. Bidders must submit a Rajaswa voucher with the Tender number for the bid document fee; other alternatives will be rejected.
6. Any minor errors in the bid response document will not be acceptable.
