Invitation for Bids

1. Baijanath Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of below Mentioned works under National Competitive Bidding procedure
2. Bidders should deposit the cost (as specified below) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) Khata account as specified below.

3. Complete set of bidding Documents can be downloaded from www.bolpatra.gov.np Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp On or before 12:00 pm on 2082/07/26 (12th, Nov, 2025)
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 pm on 2082/07/26 (12th Nov, 2025) at the office of Baijanath Rural Municipality, Rampur-05, Banke, Nepal
5. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for bid submission date and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid,amounting to a minimum as mentioned in table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Baijanath Rural Municipality, Rampur-05, Banke, Nepal 14:00 hrs on 2082/07/16 (2nd, Nov, 2025)
7. If the bidder wishes to submit bid security in the form of cash, the bidder has to deposit cash in the following account.

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. Baijanath Rural Municipality Office, reserves the right to accept or reject any Bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever, other terms and conditions not covered here will be in accordance to PPA-063 and PPR-06.
