Tikapur Muncipality, Office of The Municipal Executive, Tikapur, Kailali invites Open Competitive Electronic Bidding from the eligible bidders for the procurement of works given in table below under National Competitive Bidding Procedures.

2. Interested bidders should submit only E-bid till 12th, December, 2024 before 12:00 hrs. through PPMO e-GP System https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp . No any Hard copy will be entertained.

5. Bid Validity Period shall be 90 days from the date of Bid Opening and Bid Security Validity Period shall be 120 days from the date of Bid Opening.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Tikapur Muncipality, Office of The Municipal Executive, Tikapur, Kailali at 13:00hrs. on 01th December, 2024.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bidsubmission.
8. Bid will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs. on 12th, December,2024 at Tikapur Muncipality, Office of The Municipal Executive, Tikapur,Kailali.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
10. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 and other prevailing laws of Nepal.
