1. Triyuga Municipality Office, Gaighat, Udayapur invites online bids from duly registered, eligible national bidders for the following works under National Competitive Bidding.

3. Bidder can only bid electronically through the e-procurement section of PPMO's website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
4. Online bids must be valid for a given Bid Validity Period for tenders counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, which shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
5. Any conditions so far not covered shall be as per the Public Procurement Act 2063 (Amendment-2073), and the Public Procurement Regulation 2064. Any amendments to the tender notice shall be published in the e-procurement section.
6. Bank Guarantee shall be in the format specified in the bid documents; otherwise, it shall be rejected.
7. Triyuga Municipality Office, Gaighat, Udayapur reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid, partially or in full, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
