Invitation for Quotations

1. The OHM, Dharan invites sealed quotations for the Installation of Meteorological station at Biratnagar Airport (DHM/OHM/W/SQ/01-2077/078). The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 8,93,366.11 (Excluding Contingencies and VAT).
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at OHIM, Dharan-15, Mahadevchowk (Phone: +977 25 520272)
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from OHM, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 till 2077/09/05 during office hours.
4. Scaled bids must be submitted to the OHM by hand before 12:00 noon on 2077/09/06. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2077/09/06 at 12:30 PM. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 25,000.00 (In words: Tewnty Five Thousand Rupees only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e.20th Falgun, 2077).
