Invitation for Online Bids

1. Infrastructure Development Office, Gorkha Invites the Online bids only under e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the construction of projects mentioned below under National Competitive bidding (for S.N 1to 16) and sealed Quotation (for SN 17-24). All other information and Bid Documents can be downloaded from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or may obtain at office. Interested eligible bidders are requested to submit E-Bid only as per instruction within the mentioned period.
2. Information to Deposit the cost of bidding document and bid security in Bank.
3. Bid validity period should be 90 days (for S. N 1 to 16) and 45 days (for SN 17 to 24) from the last date of Bid Submission deadline and Bid Security Validity 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
4. Bid corresponding to S. N 1 to 16 will be opened on 18 November 2020 (2077/08/03) and bids corresponding to S. N 17 to 24 will be opened on 02 November, 2020 (2077/07/17), 13.00 hours in Infrastructure development office, Gorkha.
5.The Bidder shall submit Tax Clearance Certificate Tax return submission evidence/evidence of time extension for the F/Y 2076/77 with its bid to qualify for the bid.
