INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BIDS

Description of works: NMB Bank Limited, Kathmandu, invites the sealed tender bids from interested and eligible bidders for Implementation of Enterprise Loyalty Management System.
Interested and eligible bidders can purchase the bid document upon deposit of non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only) for each document in the account number: 00901371300114 (Bid Document Purchase Parking Account).
The tender shall consist of sealed tender bids as described in the "Bid Documents/RFP Document" as per the schedule given below:
1. The bidders who have already submitted seal tender bids as per the notice dated 27th Feb 2023 can either revoke the submitted bids or can continue the bids by serving the letter in writing in company's letter head. The bidders who are qualified technically can either submit both (Technical and Financial) bid documents or reserves the right to continue the submitted technical bid and only submit fresh financial bid documents. 2. The Bidder should have supplied/installed and maintained the solution in banks or in service sector industry, however, having implemented in at least three BFIs in Asia. 3. The Bidder should have at least one tie up with E-Commerce Company. 4. The Bidder should have operated for a minimum period of 3 years and OEM should be in similar business for more than 3 years. 5. The Bidder/OEM should not have any conflict of interest with regard to the services being provided to the Bank. 6. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. 7.
