2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Department of Health Services, National Public Health Laboratory, Teku, Kathmandu, Tel: 01 5352421 or, may visit e-GP System
3. Bidder shall purchase their bid electronically from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder's should deposit of NPR 5,000.00 the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Department of Health Services, National Public Health Laboratory through PPMO's e-GP system https://bolpatra.gov.np on before 12:00 on 06 October, 2024
5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hour on 6th October 2024 at the office of Department of Health Services, National Public Health Laboratory, Teku, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days counting after the day of bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by bid security as mention above.
6. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No.[1700100102030000] at [Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., Teku, Kathmandu] and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid document.
7. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at NPHL Meeting hall at 12:00 PM on, 1st October, 2024.
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the NPHL reserve the right to amend and correct at any time.
