1.Aadarsa Bal Bikash Kendra, Banepa invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following project under National Competitive Bidding procedures.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Aadarsa Bal Bikash Kendra, Banepa, Kavre, Bagmati Province, Nepal, or may visit the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.n/egp.
3. Bidding documents are available online and can be downloaded from the e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 3000.00 in the following specified bank.

4. Interested bidders should submit online bids through the e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 13-06-2021 at 12:00 pm. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System Operating Guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in the e-GP system.
5. Online bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 13-06-2021 at 14:00 pm, at the office of Aadarsa Bal Bikash Kendra, Banepa Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting to NRs. 5,00,000.00 which shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days beyond the bid validity period. Each project scanned copy of bid security should be uploaded in the e-GP system during bid submission
6. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
7. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Pubic Procurement Act-2063 with amendment, Public Procurement Regulation-2054 with an amendment, and other prevailing laws.
