Invitation for Bids for Construction of Ranikhola Dhamidanda Ranibhayang Road, Bhimphedi-4,2 & 9.

1. The Bhimphedi Rural Municipality has allocated funds towards the construction of Ranikhola Dhamidanda Ranibhayang Road. It intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract (contract no: BRMMK/NCB/CORDRR/1/2082.083). Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as per Section V of the Bidding Documents.
2. Bhimphedi Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Earthwork Excavation, Drain, Gabion work, and Plum Concrete, m20 slab work, etc., under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
3. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in the bidding.
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: Rs.. 5,15,00,000.00
- Minimum work experience of similar Size and nature: should have completed work worth Rs. 1,62,00,000.00
4. Eligible Bidder may obtain further information about Bidding Documents from the PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/epg, shall submit a written application along with a copy of the company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 5,000,00

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at: Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, Bhimphedi Makwanpur, Bagmati Province, Nepal on 17-09-2025.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office E-Bid only/ online portal through the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/epg on or before 28-09-202412:00.Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 28-09-2025 13:00 hours at the office of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, Bhimphedi, Makwanpur, Bagmati Province, Nepal.
8. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 11,02,000.00 NRS, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
9. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
10. Please read, understand, and agree to all the conditions mentioned in the document and submit the bid. Otherwise, the decision of the office will be the final decision.
11. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria:
Construction Experience in key Activities on a Similar Size and Nature:
- Construction Of Plumb Concrete - 705 CU.M
- M20 grade concrete or above - 1369 CU.M
12. Required Bid Capacity: The bidding capacity of the bidder should be equal to or more than the NRs. 3,14,00,000.00.
13. In cases other than those mentioned above, the purchase will be in accordance with prevailing laws.
