REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (Eol),
1. Government of Nepal (GoN) has allocated fund towards the cost of following study and intend to apply portion of this fund to eligible payments under the Contract for which this Expression of Interest is invited for National consulting service.
2. The Department of Health Services, Family Welfare Division now invites Expression of Interest (BOT) from eligible consulting firms ("consultant") to provide the following consulting services:

Name of Project: Functional analysis of ongoing AFS program and recommendation for the future program strengthening

Name of Project: Study on status and determinants of FP methods use among hard to reach population
EOI Number: DOHS/S/NCB-3/FWD/2077-78
Name of Project: Family Planning-PHC/ORC, Satellite clinic and micro planning
3. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and EOI document free of cost at the address Department of Health Services, Family Welfare Division, Teku, Kathmandu during office hours on or before 5 August 2020 12:00 or visit e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.nplegp
4. Consultants may associate with other consultants to enhance their qualifications Expressions of interest shall be delivered online through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov. nplegp Department of Health Service Family welfare Division Teku Kathmandu on or before 5 August 2020 12:00 or manually to the address: Department of Health Services Family Welfare Division, Teku, Kathmandu on or before 5 August 2020 12:00
5. In case the last date of obtaining and submission of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due but the time will be the same stipulated
6. EOI will be assessed based on Qualification 40.0%, Experience 40.0% and Capacity 20.0% of consulting firm and key personnel. Based on evaluation of EOL, only shortlisted forms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposal through a request for proposal
7. Minimum score to pass the EOI is 60.
