1. Agricultural Development Bank Ltd. invites electronic bids only from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Civil And Other Related Interior Works Of ADBL Branch Office, Tulsipur, Dang. Under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs.3,380,902.49 (Three Million Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Nine Hundred Two and 49/100.) Inclusive Vat and 0.50 % Insurance.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and visit the office of Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, General Service Department, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu, or may visit the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
Eligible Bidders have only the option to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000.00 (Rupees Five Thousand only forbidding document in the Bank account as specified below and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

3. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, General Service Department, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hrs, on 2078/03/24 (July 08, 2021) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14.00 Hrs on 2078/03/24 (July 08, 2021) at the office of Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, General Service Department, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of Rs.95,000.00 (In words Ninty Five Thousand) from Commercial Bank or Financial Institution except for Agricultural Development Bank, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. 120 Days). If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the Account Number mentioned in para 2.
5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. The Purchaser reserves the right to amend or correct and accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
a) Any amendments to this notice shall be published in the notice board of the General Service Department and on the ADBL website www.adbl.gov.np.
b) The matter not specified in this notice and the Bidding Document, follows the prevailing laws (Public Procurement Act,2063 & ADBL Financial Administration By-Laws 2064).
