Him Parbat Hydropower Private Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Hydro-mechanical Works of the Sagu Khola Hydropower Project.
1 The Manufacturing, Supply (From Factory to Project Site), Internal Handling. Loading, Unloading, Storage, Laying, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of Headrace and Penstock Pipe with Painting all complete (Package A, B, and C). And
2 The Fabrication, Supplying, installation, and Testing of Gates, Stop logs, Trashrack, and any other metal works required for the project. (Package D)
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Him Parbat Hydropower Private Limited and inspect the Tender Document at the address given below during business hours.
A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers from 15 June 2021 onwards, on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NRs 20,000.00 (In words, Nepalese Rupees Twenty Thousand only) deposited in the current account No. 0010100003175201 at Citizen Bank, Darbarmarga or in the form of a draft drawn in favor of Him Parbat Hydropower Private Limited. The document will be handed over to the representative of the Tenderer upon production of the evidence of payment of the fee.
Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 hour local time on 8 July. 2021. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the minimum amount of 2.5% of Bid Amount with a validity period of at least 90 days from the last date of Tender submission.
Him Parbat Hydropower Private Limited reserves the right to amend and correct Tender Document, Tender notice, or any other documents at any time. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers' representatives at the address below at 15:00 hours local time on 11 July. 2021.
