Expression of Interest for vendors/suppliers (Organizations/individuals)
National Campaign for Education Nepal (NCE Nepal), a national network of 490 member organizations working for the public education strengthening, is in the process of updating its annual roster for the year 2082 BS. Hence, the interested vendors/ suppliers (organizations / individuals) for the below mentioned services are requested to send the “Expression of Interest” along with the below mentioned documents in the official address or via email as mentioned below.
Services to be provided:
- Travel services (Domestic and International) including airline ticketing, vehicle rental (inside and outside valley), hotel booking, visa service, etc.
- Hotels and Catering service (for residential & non- residential workshop/conference/training) etc. outside & inside valley
- Printing and Designing works
- Advertising / Media House
- Event Management with videography, photography
- Online Media Portals
- Office Equipment and Supplies
- Web hosting, website designing, IT Services (Annual Maintenance contract of computer server, network system printer, scanner UPS, Telephones and its peripherals)
- Financial Software service (e.g. tally)
- Office furniture supplies
- Audit service (Internal, Statutory and project audit)
- National and International Courier services
- Short term and long term research/consultancy works
Required documents to be submitted:
Interested VAT/ PAN registered organization are requested to submit their company profile/ individual profile and detailed contact information along with the following documents: (Unable to provide all the necessary mentioned documents are not eligible for the roster)
- Letter of Expression of interest (EOI) in the organization in the letter head duly signed by the authorized person.
- Details of company profile
- Copy of Company Registration and renewal
- Copy of Vat / PAN Registration certificate
- Copy of latest Tax Clearance certificate (F.Y. 2080/81)
- Recent and updated CV along with the copy of PAN in case of individual
- Quotations of the goods/services applicable for the year
All the above-mentioned required documents including “Expression of Interest” should be emailed in the official email address [email protected] or delivered at the following address in a sealed envelope before 27th March 2025.
