Trainer Eligibility

• Proven experience in conducting professional training (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Sound knowledge and practical expertise in the subject area
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to design engaging and practical training modules
• Prior experience with online delivery tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.) is a plus

Trainer Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training content tailored to the Nepali workforce.
• Facilitate interactive and impactful sessions (virtual/in-person)
• Support participants with resources, guidance, and post-training assistance
• Coordinate with Merojob’s Training Team for planning and evaluation
