INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed bids from interested parties for interior construction/ civil works as well as electrical & allied works to be executed for branch expansion/ renovation and relocation as furnished below:

Interested parties meeting under mentioned minimum eligibility criteria can obtain sealed bids from Bank's General Administration & Project Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon payment of non-refundable document fee of NPR. 3,000 for interior/civil works and NPR. 2,000 for electrical and allied works.
Eligibility/Criteria for Branch Expansion/Renovation and Relocation:
- The bidders should have at least 3 years of company registration.
- The bidders should have Work Experience of at least Three organizations/ BFIs of Nepal.
- The bidders should have annual turnover at least of NPR. 5 Million per year in past fiscal year 2076/77 or 2077/78.
Documentation Requirement:
- Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized
- Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate - Duly Notarized
- Valid copies of TAX Paid receipt of fiscal year FY 2076/2077 or 2077/78 - Duly Notarized
- MOA and AOA-Duly Notarized.
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized
- Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized
- Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from – (Department of Commerce/Industry) - Duly Notarized
Sealed bids are to be submitted within close of business hour on 2nd March, 2022. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as last day. All Proposal should be addressed to General Administration and Project Department and must be submitted in person. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Bid Opening Date: 6th March, 2022.
