The Gokarneshwor Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following items under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures specified in public procurement act and regulations.
1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Gokameshwor Municipality Jorpati, Kathmandu Mailing Address:- [email protected] Telephone:- 01-4914114, 01-4914115, or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
2. Electronic Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded on or before 12:00 noon on 2082/01/26 for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders have to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare and submit their bids as specified in Instruction to Bidders. The bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.00 In the Revenue (Rajaswa) account as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of Bank Deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Gokarneshwor Municipality. Office of Municipal Executive, Jorpati at 13:00 hours 2082/01/14.
4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 2082/01/26. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 on 2082/01/26 at the office of Gokarneshwor Municipality Jorpati, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2,70,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. (i.e. minimum of 120 days). The bid security shall be, at the Bidder's option, in any of the following forms:
(a) an unconditional bank guarantee from Commercial Bank or Financial Institution eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as per prevailing Law or
(b) a cash deposit voucher in the Employer's Account as specified below:

6. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
7. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instruction of Bidder included in the Bid Document. Noncompliance with this instruction will result in disqualification.
8. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
