Kumari Bank Ltd. At Naxal, Kathmandu
Kumari Bank Limited invites eligible national consulting firms to express their interest in providing the services as indicated below. Interested firms must provide information as per the details provided in instruction for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) which may be obtained from the Bank.
The consulting services include three phases:
Detailed Engineering design of the Bank's Corporate Office Building at Naxal (Opposite of Police Petrol Pump), Kathmandu.
Preparation of bidding documents and assisting the procurement process.
Construction supervision task during building construction and defect liability period.
Details of the services are included in the Terms of Reference (TOR) which may be obtained from the Bank's Central Logistics Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000/-(Two Thousand only). Consulting firms will be shortlisted as per the Bank's Guidelines and Instruction for Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI).
The EOI must include a capability statement showing adequate information regarding the organization, relevant experience, work experience in similar assignments, proposed professional staff, experts, etc. It is intended that the top five shortlisted firms will be invited subsequently to submit their technical and financial proposal as per the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be issued to them.
The Bank reserves the right to shortlist or not to shortlist any or all the applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. EOI must be delivered to the address below before 5:00 PM of 5th September 2022. The submitted EOI shall be opened on 6th September 2022 at 12:00 PM at the address below.
