NIC ASIA Bank Limited invites sealed Bid from interested Company/Firm for Design, Supply and Implementation of Conversational Artificial Intelligence Embedded Chatbot.
Interested Company/Firm can obtain Bid Document from Bank's General Administration & Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon deposit of nonrefundable Bid Document fee of NPR 7,500/- (NPR Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only)
Eligibility Criteria
Bidder/OEM should be a registered entity under the applicable act.
Bidder/OEM should have at least two years of experience in related fields.
Bidder/OEM should have turnover of at least NPR 10 Million in Latest Financial Year.
Bidder/OEM should be able to produce authorization letters of distribution/ dealership for the proposed product, if applicable.
Bidder/OEM should have local resources of having experience of providing similar services/ solutions to banks in South Asian Countries.
Documentation Requirement
Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized.
Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate-Duly Notarized.
Valid copies of Tax clearance of Latest Financial Year-Duly Notarized.
MOA and AOA-Duly Notarized. Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) -Duly Notarized.
Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from Department of Commerce/Industry - Duly Notarized.
Authorization certificate for Distributorship/dealership for the proposed brand
Appreciation letter/ Reference letters to back the claim of experience.
Bid Document Fee deposit voucher.
Additional Documents as Prescribed in Bid Document.
Note: All the documents mentioned above must be submitted if applicable.
Sealed Bid with required documents mentioned above are to be submitted within close of business on 31st August 2022 in the prescribed format. Sealed Bid should be addressed to the General Administration & Projects Management Department. Sealed Bid received after the deadline will not be accepted.
