- Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through to the above office of Department of Transport Management, Minbhawan, Kathmandu on or before 14:00 hrs. on 14 April 2020
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 15:00 hrs. on 14 April 2020 at the Office of Minbhawan. Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day Of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting to a minimum Of NRs. 2,375,000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e. 12 August 2020)
- If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline
- All Bidders shall also submit hard copies of their electronic bids with supporting documents/evidence on the opening date or within 3 days after the last date of bid submission. Failing to provide such documents and or clarifications by the bidder within specified time may cause the bid shall not be considered for further evaluation
- The Purchaser reserves the right to amend or correct and accept or reject Wholly or partially any or all the bids Without assigning any reason, whatsoever
