1. Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) invites Sealed Quotation (SQ) from registered Eligible Suppliers for the Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Solar PV System with Supply, Delivery and Installation of Additional Goods for 4 Sites (Shree Chandranarayan Yadav Memorial Maternity Hospital, Siraha, College of Natural Resource Management, Madichaur, Rolpa, Rolpa Hospital, Reugha, Rolpa and Sanskrit Biswa Biddyalaya, Belauri, Dang).
2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document (SQ) in English at the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal.
3. Complete set of Bidding Document (SQ) in English may be purchased from the office of AEPC as mentioned address above by eligible Bidders on the submission of a Written Application, along with the copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.00 till 14 January 2021 during office hours.
4. Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal by hand on or before 12:00 Noon on 15 January 2021. Bids/Sealed Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted.
5. The submitted Sealed Quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 P.M. on 15 January 2021 at the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal.
6. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days from the date of Sealed Quotation opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 35,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. Valid up to Minimum 30 March 2021).
7. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Office Code: 308003502 and Account Name DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and the original receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the Sealed Quotation.
