1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction or Black Top road from jankinagar pitch to Paschim Road and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for NCB07/2077/078. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders. The estimated amount of the work with vat is 13885317.93
2. Haripur Municipality, Haripur Sarlahi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of black top road under National Competitive Bidding Single Stage single Envelope Bidding procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may visit PPMO-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidder must submit their bid electronically by download the bidding documents for c-submission from PPMO's c-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.nplegp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document of the Project's Rs 3000.00 at Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. 5. Bidders must submit electronic bids only through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM on before 2077/11/2. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 2077/11/2 at the office of Haripur Municipality, Haripur Sarlahi. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid amounting to a minimum of NRs 380000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 7. If the last date of purchasing and or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
8. Bidders can bid as a single contractor or in the form of Joint Venture of maximum of three contracting firms.
9. Bidders are advised to visit the site and assess the actual site condition before submitting the bids at their own cost.
10. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially any or all bids without assigning any reason, what so over.
11. Tax clearance certificate should be submitted of fiscal year 2076/077
