Invitation for Bid

1. Madhyabindu Municipality has its own resources and has allocated funds towards the cost of Civil works and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract and is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Madhyabindu Municipality invites Electronic Bids from eligible bidders for the following Civil work.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Madhyabindu Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Chormara, Gandaki Province, Nepal. Ph: 078-410125 or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidder shall download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost amount mentioned above as a non-refundable fee of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified above and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposited voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
5. Bid Document fee shall be deposited in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Kawasoti, in name of Madhyabindu Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Revenue Acc. No: 3200100301010004. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the specified date and time mentioned above at the office of Madhyabindu Municipality, Nawalparasi.
6. The bid security may either be in the form of bid security issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution eligible to issue a Bank Guarantee or cash deposit in the deposit account of the office. (Rastriya Banijya Bank, Kawasoti Branch, a/c no. 3200100303000004)
7. Bid Security document shall be compulsorily submitted according to the format provided in the bid document, otherwise, the bid shall be excluded from the bid evaluation process.
8. The bidders are advised to visit the site & assess the actual site condition before submission of the bid document.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
10. All other terms & conditions will be as per prevailing procurement act & regulations of the government of Nepal & Local Body financial administrative regulation
