Bahradashi Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following works and goods under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and Sealed Quotation (SQ) procedures.
Description:
- Construction of Ward Office Building of ward no 1
- Construction of Ward Office Building of ward no 3
- Procurement, Supply and Installation of Solar Street Light
1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of Bahradashi Rural Municipality, Chakchaki, Jhapa or may visit e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
2. Bidding documents are available online only. Bidding documents can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposits the cost of bidding documents in the following Bank.

3. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. on or before above stated date and time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in notice counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by the bid bond authorized from the recognized commercial bank of Nepal, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity periods. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the Office of Bahradashi Rural Municipality, Chakchaki, Jhapa, immediately after the submission deadline as stated on above table.
4. Information or data submitted by the bidder which is either incomplete or unclear or not substantiated by supporting documents shall not be considered for evaluation.
5. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. Other Related rules and regulation are as per updated Public Procurement Act-2063 and updated Public Procurement Regulation-2064.
7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
