1. The Office of Kamalbazar Municipality now invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Ten rooms Dhanku School, Achham under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
2. Bidders who choose to submit their bids electronically may down load the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's web site www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified below) of bidding document in the Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 3. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications (applicable only for contact no. NCB/076/077) should participate in this bidding:
a. The bidder must have experience under construction in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last five (5) year prior to the applications submission deadline.
b. The bidder must have the following construction Experience and Average Annual Construction Turnover
Key Qualification Required: Minimum average annual construction turnover (Excluding VAT) calculated as total certified payments recieved for construction contracts in progress or complited, within best three year out of last five years.

4. Bid must be accompained with bid security Amount mentioned below and it should be in the form of Bank Voucher deposited in the Dhaurati account No 4260303007102 in Rastriya Banijaya Bank, Achham branch, or Bank gurarantee issued by Commertial bank draw in fever of this office, having a bid validity period of 120 (handret and twenty) days from the last date of submission of the bids, Bid security must remain valid for 30 days after the bid validity period.
5. In case of joint Venture, the maximum no of Joint Venture Partners has been limited to three.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Office of Kamalbazar Municipality Kamalbazar, Achham through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np. on or before 12:00 pm of 2077/10/27 (Fe 9, 2021). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bid will be opened physically and electronically at 14:00 pm of 2076/10/27 in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at Office of the Kamalbazar Municipality. Kamalbazar, Achham.
7. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Office of Kamalbazar Municipality Kamalbazar, Achham at 2 PM on 2077/10/27 (Feb 9, 2021). All intrested bidders are encouraged to visit the site and attend the prebid meeting Detail information about submission process of bid electronically (e-submission) shall be provided to all interested bidders who choose to attend this pre-bid meeting.
8. The Office of Kamalbazar Municipality Office, Kamalbazar, Achham reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annual the process and reject all the bids at any time prior to contract award.
9. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
