Invitation for Bids of the Construction of Shenten Thagye Ling Bon Monastery
Mustang Culture and Education Centre, Jomsom, Mustang (hereinafter referred to as "Employer" or "Procuring Entity') invites unconditional bids from eligible and interested parties (the "Bidder" or "Bidders").
Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
1. The Bid Documents can be obtained from Jomsom, Mustang- MCEC office. The document obtained should not be tempered, and is any such tempering is detected before or after the opening of bids, the Bidder shall be disqualified in
evaluation.
2. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 10,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Ten Thousand) in the Project's account as specified below.

3. Bid document fee (Deposited Voucher) should be submitted during purchasing of Bid-Document,
4. Bid security (the "Bid Security”) should be submitted along with the bid. If Bid Security is submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee then the original Bank Guarantee shall be submitted along with the bid. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of MCEC, Jomsom, Mustang at January 23, 2022.
6. Bidder (through its Authorized Representative) shall submit their offer (the "Bid” or “Proposal'') comprising of both sealed Technical Bid and l'inancial Bid at Jomsom, Mustang- MCEC office on or before 12:00 hours on February 15, 2022. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 16:00 hours on February 15, 2022 at the office of MCEC, Jomsom, Mustang
8. Bidder for additional details such as important date, detailed information, qualification and eligibility criteria, shall reach out to the office of Employer at Mustang Culture and Education Centre, Jomsom Mustang.
9. Any subsequent addendum/ corrigendum shall be emailed to bidders who purchase the tender and attend pre-bid meeting,
10. In case there is a holiday on the day of opening of Bids, activities assigned on that date shall be carried out on the next working day
11. It should be ensured that the Bid Documents including Conditions of Contract are signed and stamped by the Bidder.
12. Bid documents consisting of qualification information and eligibility criterion of Bidders, plans, specifications, drawings and the set of terms & conditions of the Contract to be complied with by the Contractor along with copies of the required documents and information as per this Bid Document should be attached in the Technical Bid as prescribed in this RFT.
13. The Bidder who disagrees on the conditions of the Bid Document cannot participate in the Tender.
14. Conditional bids, Bids without payment of Bid Security and the bids not meeting the qualifying criteria on the date of receipt of bid shall be summarily rejected.
15. All the prospective Bidders are encouraged to participate in the pre-bid meeting and it is advised that the work sites are visited and Bid Documents are studied thoroughly.
16. Employer reserves the sole right to cancel the bid process and reject any or all of the Bids without assigning any reason.
17. Procurement entity disclaims any factual or other errors in the Bid Document (the onus is solely on the individual bidders to verify such information) and the information provided therein are intended only to help the Bidders to prepare a logical Bid/Proposal.
