1. Narainapur Rural Municipality, Narainapur, Banke invites Electronic Bids from eligible bidders for the works as described in table under National Competitive Bidding and Sealed Quotation - Electronic Procedures

Date and Time of Opening: 26th Fagun 2077 (10th March 2021); 14:00hrs
Pre-bid meeting: 19th Fagun 2077 ( 3rd March 2020); 14:00hrs
Bid Validity Period: 90 days counting from the day of bid opening
Bid Security Validity Period: minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period
3. Electronic Bidding Document for each contract identification number are available online and can be downloaded/purchased from PPMO's website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, the Bidders have to download the necessary part of bidding documents and submit their electronic bids as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder is required to deposit the non-refundable fee as mentioned for bidding document in the Revenue (Antrik Rajashwa Kosh) account as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher must be submitted along with the electronic bid files. 5. Bid Documents will not received at Narainapur Rural Municipality Office on the deadline of the submission in online process (E-Bidding) & Bidders will be automatic rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address.
6. In case of E-bidding, hard copy of all the required documents shoud be submitted within 7 days of the bid opening.
7. If the last day for submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
8. Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended).
