Kimugaun, Dailekh Invitation for e-Quotation

1. The Horticulture Research Station, Kimugaun, Dailekh invites e-Quotation from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction works given table below. Biding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Horticulture Research Station, Kimugaun, Dailekh, mailing address: [email protected], Telephone: 977-89-420156 or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp. should deposit the cost @ NRs 1000 /Document of bidding document at Sidhartha Bank Ltd., Dailekh in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account no: 02915072841 as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids
4. The e-Quotations must be submitted to the office Horticulture Research Station, Kimugaun, Dailekh through PPMO website www.bolpatra gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hrs, 14 March, 2021(2077/11/17). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The e-Quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 14:00 Hrs, 1st March, 2021(2077/11/17) at the office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu. Quotations must be valid for a period 45 days for SQ after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of as shown in table below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (75 days for SQ)
6. If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Rashtriya Banija Bank Ltd., Dailekh. Bid Security Account: 4010203000000 in the name of District Treasury Control Office, Dailekh with office code no-312416701 and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
8. Any provisions which are not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with public Procurement Act. (PPA), 2063/ Public Procurement Regulations (PPR), 2064 and Other Prevailing Nepalese Rules.
