1. The Government of Nepal [GoN] has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Public Toilet, Waiting Area and Roof Truss above Existing Building. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as per Section V of bidding document.
2. Government of Nepal, Medical Education Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Public Toilet, Waiting Area and Roof Truss above Existing Building under National Competitive Bidding (NCB). The estimated amount for the work is Rs. 5136051.86 (Exclusive of contingency and VAT).
3. Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Medical Education Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document i.e., Rs. 3000 in the Project's Rajashwo(revenue) account as specified below.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon on 4th February, 2022(21st Magh, 2078). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2.00 PM on 4 February, 2022(21 Magh,2078) at the office of Medical Education Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 150000.00 (One Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
