NIC ASIA Bank invites sealed Bids from registered contractor for the Construction Works as specified in below table for Construction of Province Office and Branch Office in Butwal, Rupandehi.
Interested and eligible bidder can obtain bid documents from Bank's General Administration & Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon submission of a written application, copy of company/firm registration certificate and payment of non-refundable document fee of NPR 10,000.00 (In words: NPR Ten Thousand Only) within 30th May 2023 during office hours.

Eligibility Criteria: Only eligible bidders with all of the following key qualifications can participate in this bidding: Interested Bidder must have minimum Annual Average Turnover of NPR 35 Million in the best 3 years within the last 5 years. As evidence, bidder must submit duly notarized tax clearance certificate of last 5 fiscal years. Interested bidder must have completed any three civil/interior projects of any three BFIs/Insurance Companies. Interested Bidder must have Minimum 3 Years of Company/Firm Registration. Joint Ventures Firms shall not be considered. Other Details: The sealed and stamped Bid document must be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department, NIC ASIA Bank, TTN, Thapathali and submitted in person within the close of office hours on the 30th day of publication of this notice, i.e. 30th May 2023 in the format prescribed in the Bid Document. Bid documents must be enclosed in two envelope sets: One for Technical Proposal (Envelope 1), duly completed and sealed in a separate envelope clearly marked "Technical Proposal for Construction of Province Office and Branch Office in Butwal, Rupandehi" and another with the Financial Proposal/Price Bid (Envelope 2), also sealed in a separate envelope clearly marked "Financial Proposal/Price Bid for Construction of Province Office and Branch Office in Butwal, Rupandehi". The technical bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives (who choose to attend) at 12:00 pm on 31st May 2023 at the Registered office of Bank, Thapathali, Kathmandu. The Bidders will be qualified as per the Technical Proposal (Envelope 1) of the Bid document. Financial Proposal/Price Bid (Envelope 2) of Disqualified bidders shall be returned without opening financial bid. Financial/price bids of the Technically Qualified Bidder shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives (who choose to attend) at 12:00 pm on 5th June, 2023 at the Registered office of Bank, Thapathali, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 150 days from the deadline of notice. Bids must be accompanied by bid security (bid bond), amounting to a minimum of NPR 2,000,000.00 (In words: Two Million Only) in favor of NIC ASIA Bank Ltd., with validity of 150 days from the deadline of bid notice. The bid security amount shall be deposited in account no.00949335240033 of NIC ASIA Bank Ltd. or bid bond Bank Guarantee from any "A" class commercial bank recognized by Government of Nepal. It should be submitted along with Technical Proposal (Envelope 1). Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid. Any amendment to this notice shall be forwarded to concerned Bidder via email. An official email address must be mandatorily provided to the Bank at the time of bid submission. NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the bidding process and/or reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever. If the last date of purchasing and/or submitting bid document falls on a government holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
