Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive invites online bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Ward office Building mentioned below under National Competitive Bidding.
Description of Work:
- Construction of Ward no. 2 Office Building, Bardagoriya Rural Municipality ward No.2 Kailali
- Construction of Ward no. 5 Office Building(Second Phase), Bardagoriya Rural Municipality ward No.5 Kailali
1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at Bardagoriya Rural Municipality office, Kailali, Email: [email protected], Phone no. 9860792315 or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
2. Bidder May chooses to submit their bid electronically and may download/submit the bidding documents from PPMO'S C-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Sanchit Kosh (Revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, Office at 12:00 pm on 2077/12/06 (March 19th, 2021).
4. Electronic bids must be submitted to at Bardagoriya Rural Municipality Office, Muda Kailali through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon on 2077/12/22 (April 04th, 2021). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 pm on 2077/12/22 (April 04th, 2021). at the office of Bardagoriya Rural Municipality Office, Kailali. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to minimum of NRs. 77,000.00/- (Seventy Seven Thousand Only) of Tender no. 13/BRM/NCB//2077/078 & NRs. 1,37,000.00/- (One Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand Only) of Tender no. 14/BRM/NCB/2077/078 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
7. Bardagoriya Rural Municipality City Office, Muda Kailali, reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
8. In case of discrepancy or error in Tender notice, bid document and other document of the Construction of ward Office Buildings, Bardagoriya Rural Municipality Kailali reserves right to amend, correct at any time. Such amendment and correction shall be published in the national daily newspaper, notice board of the Bardagoriya Rural Municipality Office, Muda, and Kailali.
