Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of construction of the works mentioned below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract as described in table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders.
The National Investigation Lumbini Province Office ,Butwal , Rupandehi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for following works under National Competitive Bidding. Some of the qualification criteria are mentioned below, through details are in the bidding document.

3. Bidder shall submit their bid electronically and download the bidding documents for e-submission form www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of National Investigation Lumbini Province Office ,Butwal , Rupandehi or may visit www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
5. Sealed of Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of National Investigation Lumbini Province Office ,Butwal , Rupandehi through web portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 2077/12/18 (31 March, 2021).
6. Bid will be opened at once electronically for contract No. NID Works NCB 101-77/78 will be opened electronically immediately in the presence of Bidders? representatives, who choose to attend at 13:00 on 2077/12/18 (31th March, 2021) specified above at National Investigation Lumbini Province Office, Butwal, Rupandehi Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days for all contracts after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security valid for at least 30 days beyond the bid validity period respectively.
7. Bidders may submit modification or withdrawal prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of bid through e-GP system by using the forms and instructions provided by the system. Once a Bid is withdrawn, bidder will no be able to submit another bid response for the same bid.
8. Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 with latest amendment.
9. The employer reserves the right to amend and correct at any time, in case of any discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other document.
10. National Investigation Lumbini Province Office ,Butwal , Rupandehi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
