1. Supreme Court Of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of construction of the works mentaioned in the table and intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the contract as discribed in table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders.
2. The Makwanpur District Court, Hetauda, Makwanpur invites electronic bids from duly eligible and qualified registered bidders for the procurement of following works under NCB Single Stage double envelop. Some of the details are in the bidding document.

3. All bidders shall submit their bid electronically only. Electronic bid must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 Noon; on (2077/04/30) (14th Aug, 2020) Detail electronic bid submission procedure is as e-GP directives of PPMO.

5. Any bidders who choose to bid through electronic media(e-bidding) may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-procurement Web Portalwww. bolpatra.gov.np/eGP. Bidders submitted their bid electronically bids deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the project's Rajaswa (Revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy(pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

7. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at office of The Makwanpur District Court, Hetauda, Makwanpur at 11.00 am on 2077/04/21(5th Aug, 2020)
8. Bids must be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 2.00 pm on 2077/04/30(14th Aug, 2020) at Makwanpur District Court, Hetauda, Makwanpur.
9. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid Security as mentioned above which shall be valid for a minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
10. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday the next working day shall be Considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
11. The employer reserves the right to amend and correct at any time or to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever before the contract.
12. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation-2064 and their amendments.
