4. Bidder needs to submit their bid electronically by downloading the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
5. If the Last date of Purchasing and /or submission falls on government holiday, the next working day shall be consider as the last date. In such case the validity period of Bid Security shall remain the same as prescribed for the original last date of bid submission.
6. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement regulations, 2064 and other prevailing Rules and Regulations.
