1. Kathmandu Metropolitan City Office bus allocated funds from its own resources towards the cost of following works and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract and is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Kathmandu Metropolitan City Office invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following works.
Description of Work
- Supply and Delivery of books as per Specification
- Construction of Indrayani Park at KMC-17
- Street Cape Design of Newroad, KMC- 22.23.24 (Rc-Notice)
3. Eligible Ridders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at Procurement Department, Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Office of the Municipal Executive, JDA Complex, 6th Floor Sundhara, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal during office hours or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
4. A complete set of Billing Documents is available online and can be downloaded from the e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpInterested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the above-mentioned cost of bidding document in the Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Metropolitan City Revenue Account No.: 0306017500147.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Procurement Department, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ollice of the Municipal Executive, JDA Complex, 6th Floor Sundhara, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal on the above-mentioned date and time.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Procurement Department, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, JDA Complex, 6th Floor Sundhara, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province. Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before the above-mentioned date and time Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend on the above-mentioned date and time at the office of the Procurement Department. Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Office of the Municipal Executive, JDA Complex, 6th Floor Sunchata, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening (45 days for Sealed Quotation) and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid
8. The bid security may either be in the form of bid security issued by an authorized Financial Institution according to the format provided in the Bid Document or cash deposited in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Deposit account, Nepal Rastra Bank Thapathali, Account No. 1204708001030524.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
