1. Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology Development Board (MBUSTDB) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Graduate Program Building II under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following specific construction experience should participate in this bidding: a) Participation as the Prime contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least two (2) Contract for institutional buildings within the last ten (10) years with a value of at least NRs. 67.4 Million excluding VAT that have been successfully or are substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works. b) One (1) RCC frame structure institutional building completed within last 10 years as the Prime contractor with the construction cost of above NRs. 67.4 Million excluding VAT within the original contract period.
