5. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 (including amendment) and other prevailing rules and regulations of GoN.
6. Any amendments in this tender notice will be posted in the notice board of Barahatal Rural municipality office, Karnali Province. Surkhet or may visit PPMO e-GP System www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
7. If the last date of pre-bid meeting, purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the same time on next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
