1. The Government of Nepal [GON] has allocated funds or received a loan/credit/grant from [GoN] towards the cost of Construction Of Chokade-Bageswori hudai kuwapani sadak and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Contract Identification No:-SRM/W/NCB/CBK/077/78/04 Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese and Foreign Bidders.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office Suryagadhi rural municipality, email: [email protected] or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidder should submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Suryagadhi rural municipality at 13:00, 08/12/2020.
5. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
