1. Office of Rural Municipal Executive,Turmakhand, Achham intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts as given in the following table Bid is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders
2. The Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Turmak hand, Achham invites electronic bids under eprocurement system for Construction of following Buildings given in table below under national competitive bidding (NCB) procedure.

4. A complete set of bidding documents should download from PPMO'segp-system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp Bidders should deposit the cost (as specified below) of bidding document in the Aantarik Rajaswo Khata (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Offie of Rural Municipal Executive, Turmakhand, Achham at 13:00 hours on 30 Oct, 2020.
6. Bids must be submitted to the Office of Rural Municipal Executive,Turmakhand, Achham through PPMO segp-systemwww.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 2077/06/26 (11 Nov 2020). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 2077/11/26(11 Nov 2020) at Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Turmakhand, Achham. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of as mentioned below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
