1. The Bhanodaya Secondary School, Kuldevmandu, Bajura has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of the works mentioned in the table below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract as described in the table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. The Bhanodaya Secondary School, Kuldevmandu, Bajura invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of below mentioned description of the work under National Competitive Bidding (NCB)- Single stage Single Envelope Bidding & Single stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this Bidding.

- Construction of Bhanodaya Ma Vi Canteen with Electrification
- Bhanodaya Ma Vi School Admin Bulding construction work
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Bhanodaya Secondary School, Kuldevmandu, Bajura during office hours or may visit PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Only electronics bidding through e-GP of PPMO is permitted. Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process may download the bidding documents from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost ( as specified above) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below till 2077/11/25 BS (09 March 2021) during office hours. 5. Pre-Bid meeting will be held at Office of Bhanodaya Secondary School, Bajura at 13:00 hours on 2077/11/14 BS (26 Feb 2021 AD).
6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 2077/11/26 BS (10 March 2021 AD). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The Technical bid will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 2077/11/26 BS (10 March 2021) at the office of Bhanodaya Secondary School, Bajura. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of as mentioned in Table above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
8. If the last date of bid submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. The price Bid shall be opened only of qualified Bidders in Technical Bid. The date and time of opening of Price Bid shall be informed to the successful bidders in later stage.
10. Other mandatory information as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064.
