Invitation for Bids for the Construction Of Bardagoriya Dharmik Sthal, Bardagoriya Rural Municipality Kailali

1. Office of The Rural Municipal Executive, Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, Muda, Kailali has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction Of Bardagoriya Dharmik Sthal and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract 18/BRM/NCB/2077/078. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of the bidding document.
2. Bardagoriva Rural Municipality, Muda Kailali invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Bardagoriya Dharmik Sthal under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: 42.8 Million.
- Minimum Work experience of similar size and Nature: 34.5 Million.
3. Eligible Bidders may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. to obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents.
4. Bidder should submit their bid Along with the Deposition of cost of bidding document i.e. NRS 10,000.00 in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, Muda Kailali at 2078/03/03 (17/June/ 2021) 13:00 PM.
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, Muda Kailali through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00, 2078/03/20 (04/July 2021). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14:00,2078/03/20 (04/July/2021) at the office of Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, Muda Kailali Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of Rs. 13,00,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. Bardagoriya Rural Municipality, Muda Kailali reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
