CALL FOR PROPOSAL FOR ANNUAL VENDOR UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (Expression of Interest – EOI)
VSO Nepal is updating annual vendor under framework agreement and vendor roster for FY 2023/24 (1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024). Interested companies, individuals and firms having experiences in the following areas are requested to submit applications.
Goods/ Service required:
1. Stationery supplies.
2. Vehicle Rental Service (Kathmandu to various district all over Nepal, and in districts all over Nepal)
3. Hotel, Guest House and Training Venue: For accommodation, residential and non-residential workshop/training programme in different location:
- Koshi Province-1- Biratnagar
- Madhesh Province-2 - Parsa, Rautahat, Bara, Dhanusha, Sarlahi (Including major towns and cities in these districts)
- Bagmati Province-3 - Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kavre
- Gandaki Province-4 – Baglung, Kaski
- Lumbini Province-5 - Banke, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu
- Karnali Province-6 - Surkhet
- Sudurpachhim Province-7 - Dhangadi
4. Vehicle maintenance and servicing
5. Annual Internet Service Provider
6.Supply of promotional items such as bags, t-shirt, mug, Jacket and souvenir and other items
7. Printing and designing work.
8. Grocery Supplies-Kitchen items/cleaning items
9. IT hardware and Toner and cartridge
10. Furniture and Furnishing fixtures.
11. Maintenance Service-Air conditioners/Solar system/UPS/Plumbing/Sewage and Carpentry
12. Courier and transportation services
13. Waste management and recycling services
14. Photography and videography service
15. Event management services
16. Translation and Language trainer.
Please send EOI along with duly filled Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, Annual Vendor Questionnaire, tax clearance certificate of FY 2078/79, valid company registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate to the address below on or before March 19, 2023 by 5 PM.

VSO Nepal reserves the right to issue Request for Quotations (RFQ) based on the Pre-Qualification/annual vendor questionnaire and the right not to award a contract.
