Call for External Audit Services for Fastenaktion Partners
Introduction:
Fastenaktion (FA) is a Swiss development organization represented by Grassroots Consulting (GC) in Nepal. FA collaborates with 12 NGO partners, primarily in the Karnali region, addressing issues such as the right to food, Dalit and gender empowerment, with a strong focus on reaching marginalized communities.
Scope of Work:
FA conducts an annual audit of all its 12 partners to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with financial standards. The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) are annexed below for reference.
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested and eligible audit firms must meet the following requirements:
- Submit a financial proposal detailing costs.
- Provide legal documents (e.g., registration, certification).
- Include CVs of key personnel involved in the audit.
- Share an organizational profile highlighting relevant experience.
- Present a draft audit execution plan (to be finalized later).

Deadline:
All applications must be submitted by 17:00 hrs, 19th January 2025.
